WHOLESALE INFORMATION

Everything you need to know before placing your first order with Jamesly.

ORDERING

Every product shows its minimum order quantity, and quantities move in set steps so what you order is always shippable as packed. Many lines can be ordered in split cartons rather than full inner cartons. The exact minimum and step for each SKU is shown on its product page and on the quick order page. The minimum order is $500 excluding GST.

Products marked Price on application can still be ordered. Our wholesale team will confirm pricing for those lines when your order is reviewed.

ORDER PROCESS

Your order is submitted to our team for review. We will confirm product availability, pricing and delivery details before sending your invoice. No payment is taken through this website.

SHIPPING

Orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse. Shipping is free to metropolitan areas. Freight charges for regional areas and New Zealand are calculated based on your order and added to your invoice. Estimated delivery times will be confirmed when your order is reviewed.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order items will display their expected shipment month. In-stock and pre-order products may be shipped separately.
